Rebekah Pughe
As co-owner of My Place Properties, Rebekah has over 10 years’ experience in property letting and management, working across both the residential and commercial sectors.
Rebekah oversees the day-to-day management of the agency and has extensive practical knowledge of the Welsh private rented sector. Her role covers all aspects of property management, from landlord guidance, property compliance and rental valuations through to occupation contracts, tenancy management, maintenance and more complex landlord and tenant matters.
With a strong understanding of property legislation in Wales, Rebekah provides landlords with practical guidance on their legal responsibilities and helps ensure properties and occupation contracts are managed professionally and compliantly. She also has particular experience in serving statutory notices, possession matters and court proceedings, supporting landlords through what can often be a complex process.
Known for her hands-on approach, attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities, Rebekah works closely with landlords, tenants, contractors and other professionals to resolve issues efficiently, while maintaining a fair and professional approach for everyone involved. Her commitment to legal compliance, attention to detail and ability to confidently handle challenging situations make her an invaluable resource for landlords, particularly when navigating complex property management and tenancy matters.
Lisa Daley-Allan
As co-owner of My Place Properties, Lisa brings over 20 years’ experience in residential lettings and property management. Working alongside Rebekah and the wider team, she plays an integral role in the day-to-day running of the agency and the management of our residential and holiday let properties.
Lisa is involved throughout the lettings process, from property marketing and viewings to meeting prospective landlords, setting up new occupation contracts and supporting landlords and tenants throughout their time with My Place Properties.
With a hands-on and personal approach, Lisa regularly meets landlords and tenants face-to-face and has built strong relationships within the local community. Her approachable manner and extensive experience enable her to provide practical support while ensuring landlords feel confident that their properties are being professionally managed.
A key part of Lisa’s role is tenant support and tenancy sustainment. She has considerable experience assisting tenants where difficulties arise, including rent arrears, and liaising with local authorities, benefit agencies and support services where appropriate. Her balanced approach focuses on finding fair and practical solutions while protecting the interests of the landlord and helping to maintain successful tenancies wherever possible.Lisa’s combination of extensive property management experience, strong communication skills and genuine commitment to both landlords and tenants makes her an invaluable part of My Place Properties and the service we provide.
Jane Williams
Jane plays a crucial role in the smooth day-to-day operation of My Place Properties. She is responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, maintaining accurate property and client records and assisting with enquiries from prospective tenants and landlords.
A key part of Jane’s role is managing and monitoring property safety documentation and certification, helping to ensure important requirements are kept up to date. She also assists with pre-applications and tenant referencing, property maintenance administration and the coordination of routine property inspections.
With strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail, Jane helps keep our property portfolio organised and ensures the day-to-day management of our properties runs efficiently. She also plays a vital part in supporting compliance with housing regulations and fostering positive relationships with both landlords and tenants, ultimately contributing to the continued success of My Place Properties.
Thomas Pughe
Thomas is our Property Inspection & Maintenance Advisor at My Place Properties and is responsible for carrying out regular, thorough inspections across our managed property portfolio.
His inspections focus on the general condition and upkeep of each property, identifying maintenance requirements and highlighting any issues that may require further attention. Thomas provides detailed inspection reports and works closely with the wider team to ensure landlords are kept informed and that necessary maintenance can be addressed promptly.
Alongside his inspection role, Thomas brings a broad range of practical skills and experience from his background in various trades. Through his own independent business, he is also able to undertake a range of maintenance and repair work where instructed, helping to ensure issues are dealt with efficiently and to a high standard. His practical knowledge and keen eye for detail make him particularly skilled at identifying potential problems before they develop into more significant issues, helping landlords protect the condition and value of their properties while ensuring tenants have safe and well-maintained homes.
Thomas plays an important role in coordinating maintenance requirements and communicating with landlords, tenants and the My Place Properties team to help keep repairs and property matters running smoothly. Outside of his work in property, Thomas also serves as a firefighter, bringing valuable additional experience in safety awareness, risk identification and emergency situations to his role.
