Coronavirus update – July 2020

We can confirm that My Place Properties are taking measures to protect our staff and clients.

We would like to encourage our clients and tenants, should you have any questions or need to get in touch with us, that you do so by email or telephone as detailed below.

Office appointments; Attending our office will be strictly by appointment only so we can better control the office environment to ensure the safety of you and our staff. We ask that you only attend your appointment if you are well and not showing any of the key COVID symptoms and note we will be limiting the number of people who can attend the appointments, i.e only 2 members from the same family bubble at any one time and no children under 16.

• Clients need to arrive with their own gloves and masks.

• We will provide hand sanitiser.

• We will ensure a safe 2 m distance throughout appointments, whilst wearing face masks and gloves.

Viewing properties;  We are favouring virtual viewings wherever possible for first viewings of unoccupied properties which involves viewing a property via video call or using a pre-filmed video tour. if however you wish to see the property in person, we can facilitate that. We will discuss with you specific requirements to keep the viewing process safe and minimise any physical contact with doors and handles etc to keep both you and our clients safe. We will be limiting the number of people who can attend the viewings, i.e only 2 members from the same family bubble at any one time and no children under 16.
